Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to return your item after receiving it.
Your item must be in the original condition it was received in, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in good packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized items (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Returns and Exchanges
To return or exchange any Rwtqpcnr product, customers must contact Rwtqpcnr within 30 days of the delivery date listed in their tracking information.
We will accept returns/exchanges on all items (excluding items that have been misused or not used for their intended purpose) if the customer contacts us within 30 days of the item's delivery date.
Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. Return Refunds: Upon return of the item, we will refund the original payment method you selected. This amount does not include shipping costs.
The device should be returned in its original wooden shipping box. If the original box is not returned to us, we will charge for a replacement box.
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Rwtqpcnr within 30 days of receipt. Devices damaged in transit will be refused and automatically returned to us by the carrier. If the device is damaged upon delivery, please contact the carrier to pick it up or contact Rwtqpcnr to arrange for pickup. Upon return of the device, we will refund the full purchase price or provide a replacement.
Items that have been damaged by the customer, improperly used, or used for purposes other than those intended are not eligible for return/exchange.
